Daniel joined D’Angelo Kavanagh in 2007 as a law student undertaking a clerkship. His talents were quickly recognised and his responsibilities and capabilities increased exponentially to the extent that by the time Daniel graduated he had already undertaken and won his first Magistrates Court trial and was handling complicated litigation including a Trade Practices dispute in the Federal Court of Australia in which he briefed silk. He was conferred his Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice Degree in 2011.
Daniel is what is known in the law as a young gun. He has high skills in the practice of the law and has built up a high level of respect with his peers and clients. Daniel enjoys a busy commercial and civil litigation practice. He represents various clients in the building and construction industry and is routinely involved in reviewing and providing advice on complex commercial agreements and matters.

Daniel’s interests extend beyond civil litigation and he follows an interest in protecting the rights of those in the community with mental health issues by appearing before SACAT on ITO Reviews. Daniel is a great asset to the team.
